One of the best in London’s thriving film club scene, 'Science Fiction Theatre' offers leftfield obscurities at reasonable prices. Watch a screening of 'The Hidden', a blackly comic sci-fi thriller about a power-hungry alien organism which invades the bodies of law-abiding citizens and transforms them into deranged criminals. It'll be preceded by a talk from author and critic Tom Huddleston, who will examine where the film sits in the esteemed canon of inventive, offbeat 80s genre cinema. He'll also talk about director Jack Sholder's career, not to mention the prophetic typecasting of Kyle MacLachlan as an oddball FBI agent two years before the release of Twin Peaks.
