Having been to both the new Bank location and the original Covent garden location several times and tried a number of classes, there are some definite benefits of Another Space. The studios are both clean and open with a lot of light, and the chalk board locker system is a nice touch when i always forget which of the 100s of lockers I've chosen. However, after trying many of the spin classes, I've yet to find one I am a fan of! It's like for like with a lot of the other studios popular at the moment: press up, press up, sway and minimal actual spinning with resistance. Marc at the covent garden location does teach a great hot yoga class, even if there is a giant pillar in the middle of the room that obstructs the view, it's one of the better classes.

A beautiful area to spend an afternoon of wandering, and always something new to see (or eat!) Home to some 'not-so-hidden' little gems selling everything from artisan coffee (Monmouth Coffee) to niche design prints (Magma Books,) this is a great place to explore. Neal's Yard especially, will always be one of my favourite places to stumble into! I'd go early morning or late afternoon to catch the  off-peak buzz...
