An exhibition of work by final year postgrads in courses including Ceramics and Glass, Metalwork and Jewellery, Textiles, Animation and Architecture. The show includes 'Polyfloss Factory', a project devised by a group of students on the Innovation Design Engineering MA course as a means of recycling and transforming plastic on a small scale. Inspired by a candyfloss maker, the 'Factory' is capable of spinning unwanted polypropylene objects into a new, recycled material called 'Polyfloss', which has a range of practical applications. The 'Factory' will be demonstrated at 2pm each day during the show. Visitors who bring along an unwanted plastic item marked 'PP5', such as a plastic beaker or storage box, (the more colourful the better) will receive a Polyfloss object to take home.
