Five top-notch female mixologists will be taking the reins at the elegant Shoreditch cocktail bar Silverleaf. Known for its focus on advanced cocktail-making techniques and rare international spirits, guest bartenders Chiara Tomei from Italy’s L’Antiquario, Erin Hayes from the USA’s Black Lagoon, Selenia Di Palma from Edinburgh’s Panda & Sons and Cherry Lee from Singapore’s Origin Bar will each create a special serve for the evening using Hendrick’s Gin. Chantelle Ayanna and Max Kion will be on the decks soundtracking the evening and a portion of the proceeds will be donated to Equal Measures, a charity supporting marginalised groups in the drinks and hospitality industries.
