Time Out says

A series of lectures from the Slow Design School, a social enterprise promoting the creation and appreciation of textiles. Drawing on psychology, film, culture, history and semiotics, Dr Emma Neuberg encourages artists, designers and makers to think about their roles and how they might work towards a sustainable capitalism. The first session looks at status anxiety and mass consumption, the second at the destructive behaviour of large corporations, the third at the mental and environmental costs of our fast modern lifestyle and the fourth at sustainability in the fashion system.
