Soane Lates: Gin Late

Horrible, contorted faces. A brawling, bloodthirsty crowd. The stench of desolation, all brought about by pint upon pint of mother's ruin. You'd be forgiven for thinking we were talking about Shoreditch on a Saturday night, but we are, of course, describing Hogarth's famous 'Gin Lane' etching. The artwork will be on display for an evening which celebrates London’s historic relationship with gin, complete with gin cocktails plus tours and talks around the legendary museum.
