Go toe-to-toe with your stamina at this boxing class outside the normal spit and sawdust setting. The 45-minute session challenges your speed, footwork, strength and willpower as you combine bag work (the punching kind – not seeing how many you can carry home from the shops in one hand) with other drills. Studios at Angel, Broadgate, St Mary Axe, South Bank, Bayswater and Victoria.
