Time Out says

Night crawlers: assemble. This 4.8 mile walk on the shortest night of the year begins at 11.45pm outside the Turbine Hall at Tate Modern and finishes at 5am the following morning at Maudsley Hospital in Denmark Hill. Volunteer guides (the guys in floro jackets) will lead walkers on a journey through the capital, revealing hidden stories, mad buildings and surrealism in the city. Last year more than 100 Londoners stayed up past their bedtime to take part. This year the walk is part of the Anxiety Arts Festival London, which continues throughout June. The walk is free and open to all and there will be stops along the way for refreshments but make sure you wear a comfortable pair of shoes and do take a bottle of water and a snack to keep you going.
