Wetsuits at the ready as Lee Valley White Water Centre are opening their doors for a family fun-day. Try out water sports and games such as canoeing, rafting, hydrospeeding, an inflatable obstacle course, and an Olympic themed treasure hunt, before grabbing food from the barbecue, drinks from the bar and listening to a live band. Little ones will be kept busy with a bouncy castle, face painting and the chance to meet furry friends from the nearby Lee Valley Park Farm. Entry to the centre is free, although there is a charge for water activities. A £3 fast track pass is available for priority access to certain games and sports. Check the website for more information.
