Dig out your trunks and get working on your running technique in preparation for one of four aquathlons taking place in Hyde Park. A 500m swim in the Serpentine Lido will kick off proceedings, followed by a 5k run around the park. Enter via the Entry Central website either as an individual or team of two. Over 18s only.
