Susie MacMurray

The first solo exhibition at Agnew's for Susie MacMurray, whose work is included in 'Power of Making' at the V&A. MacMurray is known for garment sculptures, including 'Widow', a black leather dress adorned with 43 kilogrammes of dress maker's pins (currently on show at the V&A), and large-scale, site-specific installations, such as a wall of silver-plated mussel shells lined with velvet at Pallant House, Chichester. For this exhibition, the artist is showing new drawings, sculptures and installations.
