Book in for a meal at Tate Modern as the travelling chefs of pop-up restaurant Carousel take up their three-week residency in the gallery’s Level 9 kitchens. The nosh will also be next-level. On the programme is Australian Chef Shaun Presland, gastronomic duo Chef Sebastian Mazzola and sake sommelière Sussie Villarico and Mexican Santiago Lastra, voted one of the 10 Best Young Chefs in Scandinavia.
