Tate & Lyle's Cake Installation

Hundreds of pieces of edible art will be on show at this cake art installation. The exhibits sound like an inventory of the candy house in Hansel and Gretel; a meringue wall-artwork, a shelf full of edible books, sherbet filled pens, edible lampshades and flowers made from icing.
