HOW TO ENTER

This competition is organized by Time Out England Limited, company number 01782049 with registered offices at 1st Floor, 172 Drury Lane, London WC2B 5QR (“Time Out”) in association with Shine Creative Solutions Limited, company number 09714511 with registered offices at 28 Minchenden Crescent, London, N14 7EL (“Prize Provider”) (together the “Promoters”). Please enter by filling out your details in the relevant form and you will be entered into a ballot, from which a winner will be selected at random (the “Entry”). Submit your Entry by filling out the entry form found between 17th August 2022 and 31st August 2022 for your chance to be selected to win two tickets to see Come From Away in London, and a trip to Gander, Newfoundland, for you and a guest, from 9th September 2022 to 14th September 2022 (arriving back at London Heathrow at 06:35 on 15th September 2022), which includes: 2 economy return flights from London Heathrow to Gander via Toronto, transfers to and from the airport in Gander, hotel accommodation in Toronto and Gander, invitation to a private event at Gander Airport including a meal, two tickets to the first night of the Come From Away concerts happening in Gander, an opportunity to meet the writers of Come From Away, David Hein and Irene Sankoff, and £500 spending money for the winner (the “Competition”).   

HOW IT WORKS

Complete your Entry by filling out the relevant details on the entry form and you will be entered into a ballot, from which one winner will be selected at random.

GENERAL COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The Competition begins at 5.00pm on 17th August 2022 (the “Start Date”). The Competition closes at 11:45pm on 31st August 2022 (the “End Date”). 
2. The Competition is open to all UK residents over the age of 18, except employees of Time Out and the Prize Provider, its agents, contractors and their family members.
3. Multiple entries will not be accepted.
4. By uploading your Entry, you understand that you are entering the Competition and agree to these Competition rules (the “Rules”). Time Out reserves the right to exclude any Entry from the Competition at any time if they have a reason to believe that the entrant has breached any of the Rules.
5. Copyright in all Entries submitted for this Competition remains with the respective entrants. However, entrants agree that by submitting an Entry to the Competition, they grant Time Out a royalty free, perpetual irrevocable worldwide licence to use and republish their Entry. This includes sharing the Entry through social media and publication by Time Out worldwide in any of their publications, their websites and/or in any promotional material.
6. The winner will be notified by Shine Creative Solutions Limited by email from Competitions@shinecreativesolutions.co.uk or from jo@shinecreativesolutions.co.uk within 5 days of the End Date.
7. The winner will be selected at random from a computer-generated ballot.
8. The prize package includes: two tickets to see Come From Away in London, and a trip to Gander, Newfoundland, for the winner and a guest, including: two economy return flights from London Heathrow Airport to Gander, Newfoundland, transfer to and from the airport in Gander, hotel accommodation for the winner and guest in Toronto and Gander, invitation to a private event at Gander Airport including a meal, two tickets to the first night of the Come From Away concerts happening in Gander, an opportunity to meet the writers of Come From Away, David Hein and Irene Sankoff, and £500 spending money for the winner (the “Prize Package”).
9. The winner must be aged 18 or over.
10. All Entries must be submitted by the original writer of the Entry.
11. The winner may be required to participate in publicity which may include having their photograph taken for promotional and press purposes. 
12. All Entries considered inappropriate or offensive by Time Out will be disqualified.
13. The Prize Package will be provided by Prize Provider.
14. The winner will be notified within 5 days of the End Date using the contact information submitted when uploading their Entry. The winner may be asked to provide identification. Any winner who is not contactable or who fails to return contact within 72 hours of notification will be disqualified, they thereby forfeit their right to the prize, no compensation will be given and a reserve entrant will be selected as an alternative winner.
15. The winner(s) details may be obtained by sending a written request with a stamped addressed envelope stating which competition you would like the winner’s details for, to Time Out England Limited, 1st Floor, 172 Drury Lane, London WC2B 5QR or by email to competitions@timeout.com by 30 September 2022. Any winners details shared will be limited to surname and country only, in accordance with ASA guidelines on the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation.
16. The Prize Package is non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable.
17. Time Out accepts no liability for any loss or damage howsoever caused, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss or damage or personal injury (with the exception of death or personal injury caused by Time Out’s own negligence) suffered or sustained in connection with the Prize Package.
18. In the event of unforeseen circumstances Time Out and the Prize Provider reserve the right to substitute the Prize Package for an alternative of equal or greater value.
19. Time Out accepts no responsibility if the Prize Provider refuses to issue the prize or any part of it.
20. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of Time Out and/or the Prize Provider and which prevents Time Out and/or the Prize Provider from complying with the Rules, neither Time Out or the Prize Provider will be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing their obligations. Time Out reserves the right to modify, delay, postpone or cancel the Competition in the event of circumstances outside of its reasonable control.
21. This Competition and the Rules shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
22. By entering the Competition, all entrants consent to the processing of their personal data by Time Out for the purposes of administration of this Competition.
23. The Competition promoters are Time Out and Prize Provider. Time Out shall have the right to license all and any rights granted to Time Out to its associated companies and licensees.

SPECIFIC PRIZE TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The hotel accommodation included in the prize package is one night’s stay in a twin room in Toronto, before the winner and their guest fly to Gander, then four nights’ stay in a double or twin room in Quality Hotel & Suites in Gander.
2. The entire prize package (excluding attending a performance of Come From Away in London) must be used on the following dates: winner and guest must fly on the same flight on the following dates:

(a)   9th September 2022 departing from London Heathrow and flying to Toronto;

(b)   10th September 2022 departing from Toronto and flying to Gander International Airport;

(c) 14th September 2022 departing from Gander International Airport and flying to Toronto; and

(d) 14th September 2022 departing from Toronto and flying to London Heathrow, arriving on 15th September 2022 at 06:35.

Flight times and dates may be subject to change due to factors outside of the reasonable control of the Prize Provider.

3. The private event, meeting with the writers, and concert in Gander will occur on the trip on or between these dates.
4. Tickets to the Come From Away show in London must be booked and used by 13th October 2022, for Monday to Thursday performances, subject to availability.
5. The £500 spending money is for the winner and will be paid by bank transfer.
6. The winner and guest must each have a valid passport and visa if applicable, or a visa waiver and are responsible for obtaining such required travel documentation. The winner and guest must satisfy any governmental requirements, including providing proof of full set of COVID-19 vaccinations and enter this information on an app, in order to fly, enter and stay in Canada for the trip. Note that random COVID-19 testing may occur at some airports in Canada. The winner and their guest are each responsible for entering their personal information required for the flights.
7. The winner and guest are responsible for their own travel and medical insurance, airport transfers to and from the airport in the United Kingdom and airport transfers to and from Toronto airport via the airport terminal link train, and any other expenses in using the prize.
8. Each part of the prize package is strictly subject to availability.
