Free Black Cab promotion: Offer valid on selected performances, Monday – Saturday until 23rd October 2014.

To be eligible for a free black cab home you must book a minimum of two top price tickets (please see individual shows for Ts&Cs) on valid performances of selected shows included within this promotion as part of our Top Price Ticket and Free Black Cab package and download the GetTaxi mobile App.

Your drop off destination must be within one of the following London postcode areas: E1 – E20, EC1 - EC4 , NW1 - NW11, N1 - N22 , SE1 - SE 28, SW1 - SW20, W1 - W14, WC 1 - WC2.

Please note that the billing address that is registered to the payment card with which you make the booking will be used as the drop off destination when we pre-book the taxi for you.

If you would like to change your drop-off point to an alternative London address, please give us a call on +44 (0)20 7400 1234 at least 48 hours before your theatre trip.

Your taxi will be pre-booked to pick you up as close as possible to the outside of the theatre 10 minutes after the performance has finished – please leave the theatre promptly.

Your black cab ride home will be provided by GetTaxi.co.uk, and your mobile phone number, home address and email address will be shared with them.

In order to fulfil your black cab it is compulsory that you download their mobile App on your smart phone to ensure a seamless experience and easy identification of your black cab when leaving the theatre.

Gettaxi.co.uk will confirm the booking of your taxi in advance and the App will send you notifications of your driver and registration number which will help you locate your taxi after the performance.

Drivers will also display a notice board in their window with your name on it.

Please make sure your mobile phone is switched on after the show so your driver can contact you.

Please note that your journey is fully pre-paid and you will not be required to enter any credit card details in the Gettaxi.co.uk App.

If for any reason you can’t get in touch with your driver, please call Gettaxi on +44 (0)207 788 8987.

Multiple drop off locations or postcodes not listed above are not included in this promotion.

We will contact you within 48 hours of making your booking to confirm your theatre seat numbers and the booking details of your free black cab home.

Booking and cancellation terms: Bookings will not be accepted within 72 hours of the performance date.

Once a booking is paid for and confirmed it is non- refundable.

This promotion is subject to availability.

Prices reflect the purchase price with the booking fee already included.

Early booking is recommended.

A postage charge of £2.25 is payable on bookings made 5 days or more from the date of the performance.

GetTaxi Terms and Conditions

Any quoted pick-up or journey times are best estimates only and whilst it uses all reasonable efforts to transport passenger(s) to their destinations in the shortest possible time

GetTaxi shall have no liability if a pick-up or journey time exceeds any estimate given or otherwise exceeds the Customer's or the passenger(s)' expectations for whatever reason, nor shall GetTaxi have any other liability to the Customer or the passenger(s) in connection with the time at which the passenger(s) reach or fail to reach the destination.

GetTaxi shall have no liability for any damage, loss, costs claims or expenses (whether foreseeable or not) incurred or suffered by the Customer or the passenger(s) (other than in the event of death or personal injury) by virtue of eventualities or occurrences, acts or omissions including on the part of the driver outside of the reasonable control of GetTaxi.

It shall be for the Customer and/or the passenger(s) to ensure that valuable, unusual or any other items are covered by appropriate insurance.

GetTaxi cannot entertain any claim for loss of, or damage to, any such items.

Should the passenger soil the taxi in any way, the passenger will be liable for the damage. GetTaxi reserves the right to impose a soiling charge which could amount up to an additional £100.

GetTaxi accepts no liability whatsoever for acts or omissions on the part of any Driver (meaning any licenced, self-employed taxi driver who uses the taxi booking services of GetTaxi from time to time) assigned to the booking of a journey.

If GetTaxi cancels a booking it shall have no liability to the Customer or intended passenger(s) if it has used reasonable endeavours to fulfil the booking and to notify the Customer of the cancellation.

Any claim or complaint shall be notified by the Customer to GetTaxi within 5 working days of the date of the relevant booking or, if later, the first date on which the Customer became aware of (or should have become aware of) the matter.
