The Human Library of Food

Our society's relationship with food is examined at this event taking place during the European Week for Waste Reduction. Environmental charity Hubbub and the Empathy Museum have joined forces to take over the Brunei Suite at SOAS for an afternoon of 'speed dating' style fun. Human 'books' representing food's different stages from plot to plate will be available to talk to and include butchers, chefs, food cycle volunteers, foragers and more. The hour long sessions take place at 1pm, 2.30pm and 4pm with tickets available to purchase in advance via The Human Library of Food event page.
