The owner and chef from The Laksa Kitchen have travelled from Kuala Lumpur to Borneo in their quest to perfect this Malaysian menu of spring rolls, fritters, chicken satay and – of course – laksas. Their committment paid off; they're currently serving up rich, coconutty bowls of goodness that are as delicious as noodle soup gets, and the starters and sides are top notch, too.
