Time Out says

Kentish Town gastropub The Parakeet has one of the most celebrated pub dining rooms in London, so it’s no surprise that it’s teaming up with another of the country’s best gastropubs for the next edition of its regular collab dinners. The Parakeet’s Head Chef, Ben Allen, will be enlisting the help of Dave Wall, Chef Patron of The Unruly Pig in Suffolk – currently in the number 1 spot on the prestiious Top 50 Gastropubs list – for a one-off, four-hands feast in early June. Priced at £95 per head, the set menu will combine The Parakeet’s distinct wood-fired techniques with the The Unruly Pig’s bold, British nose-to-tail cooking. On the menu will be a creative selection of collaborative dishes including oysters two ways, chicken liver parfait with chicken fat foccaccia, and a whole suckling pig, with a selection of delicious British wines available to sample on the night (at an additional cost). It’d make the perfect mid-week treat for the gourmand in your life.
