Marking the close of Wandsworth Arts Festival, the Shimmy is a roving event that takes place between St Mary's Church, Putney Wharf, Deodar Rd and Wandsworth Park, SW15. Street art, dance, workshops, installations and interactive events take place along the route, including staircases that allow access to the tree canopy, by Lucy Cash and David Jones, 'Initium', a dance performance combining circus and South Asian dance, and craft stalls.
