Time Out says

Amidst the classic drenching sheets of rain of the British summer, the Tanqueray Summer Garden offers an oasis of gin trees

Gin distillers Tanqueray are taking over Flat Iron Square , where you can catch the brand’s full range of spirits in action, including Tanqueray No. TEN, Tanqueray Flor De Sevilla, Tanqueray Rangpur and Tanqueray Blackcurrant Royale.

Also available is a Tanqueray Taste Experience masterclass, a whistle-stop lowdown of the history of Tanqueray and, very, very importantly, a thorough tour of the brand’s current range of gins. For £18 per person, a mixologist will teach you the ropes of gin tasting and mixing and get you a little sozzled.

As with most things these days, the Summer Garden is built for the Gram, with ornate cocktails, a negroni fountain and even a Parisian-style boules court.

Since this is a British summer we’re talking about, you’ll be glad to hear that most of the Summer Garden is under cover, so you’ll have somewhere to hide if your gin fizz is interrupted by sudden buckets of rain.

The Tanqueray Summer Garden is open until 30 August. You can book a table on the Tanqueray website here and sign yourself up for a masterclass here.
