The Teenage Brain
Knowledge of our brains - and specifically how they develop through our lives – has grown hugely over the last 15 years, thanks in large part to magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scanning technology. Sarah-Jayne Blakemore, UCL Professor in Cognitive Neuroscience, will in this talk explain the dramatic ways in which the brain develops during adolescence - including, yes, changes in behaviour.
