The Waterways Festival 2013 is a celebration of the nation's inland waterways, and Watford's getting in on the act with a long weekend of activities at Cassiobury Park and along the banks of the Grand Union Canal, plus more than 300 boats to see along the towpath. Craft workshops, 250+ stalls, food, entertainment and lots of activities for children are on offer, as well as a flypast by a WWII Spitifire.
