Ride the wave down to London's Royal Docks for a day of surfing with The Wave Project. The charity provides young people suffering from anxiety with the support they need to get motivated and build confidence through surfing, and this fundraiser is part of a nationwide series aiming to raise £50,000 for the cause. Participants can hit the water for a one, three or five mile distance, before live music kicks in and a BBQ gets fired up at the Olier Bar next door. Everyone taking part is required to raise a minimum of £100 and should register in advance online.
