This evening of words and music commemorates Wandsworth's involvement in World War One. The programme will include poetry by German writers Heym, Lichtenstein and Stadler, works by women poets such as Vera Brittain, extracts from humorous journals such as The Wipers Times and the story of the Wandsworth battalion.
