This was a really fun afternoon - having a beer and eating more fried chicken than I would normally consume in a year? Great times!

The event itself was really well thought through and organised, which was appreciated, and the competitors were well chosen to avoid too much of the same.

Solid effort all round - well worth catching one of the sister events if you can.

At first, you might think the ticket is quite pricey for a fried chicken event, but trust me you will get great value for your money! You will eat your weight in fried chicken and leave completely full and satisfied. I had wanted to try some of the participating traders for a long time and this event was a great opportunity for me to finally try some of the bests in London. Except one trader which I won't name, all were delicious and great quality. It was actually a very tough task to choose only one to vote. But I'm glad the one I voted for won the competition!

One of the hardest venues to find! Walked around for a solid 20 minutes before finding the place, but it was definitely worth it for 8 big samples of delicious fried chicken! There was barely any queue for the event so they definitely could have made the queue side smaller and allowed for more seating in the actual event. The host was hilarious and really got everyone involved. Definitely a great way to sample some of the amazing fried chicken available in London, shame the set up let it down slightly.

This was amazing, I got to eat 8 different sorts of fried chicken, what better way to spend a Saturday?! It was really interesting to be able to compare them all right next to each other it really allows you to taste the difference. It was tough competition with some really unique ideas from some of the vendors. It was fun being able to vote for your favourite too! A nice venue in Canada Water with plenty of people set up around the various exits of the tube station to point you in the right direction. I would definitely go to another event like this.

What a Saturday! Fried food, fun and tipples. My husband and I had so much fun at this event- tastings chicken dishes and scoring appropriately. We thoroughly enjoyed this interactive way to try a variety of restaurants. If you missed out of this event then keep an eye out in case it comes round again

An awesome opportunity to sample many different types of fried chicken all at the same time. I left feeling so full and so I definitely felt as thought it was worth the money. My only criticisms would be that it took a while to kick off so most people were standing around for a while and that the Compére's mic wasn't very loud so I couldn't hear anything of what he said throughout the two hours!

This event was really good fun! 8 chicken vendors come together in one place and fight it out for the title of best fried chicken in London. I was so full by the end, and it was great fun. Petare won, and they were worthy winners. Delicious.
