Trafalgar Square Garden Festival

To celebrate St George's Day, the Greater London Authority has teamed up with horticulturalist Sarah Eberle to create a central London oasis that sees the square a-bloom for one day only. Included are pop-up gardening installations, grow-your-own exhibits, horticultural talks and a 'Grow for Gold' competition, which offers prizes ranging from tools, seeds and vouchers to free training. Plus live music, roaming entertainers, English rose making origami, face painting and a garden treasure trail for children.
