In an effort to help us all calm down a bit, St Christopher's Place are offering a range of helpful sessions and samples every Tuesday evening. A mindfulness session will take place from 6pm-7pm, followed by a chance to try moga – yoga to live music (7pm-8pm). Classes are free but booking is recommended.
