Think Scotland’s just about whisky? This brand new, four-day festival aims to put paid to all that, showcasing the best botanicals from the country’s burgeoning (burgeoned?) gin scene. Taking place at Tobacco Dock over the first weekend of November, visitors will be able to sample a huge range of Scottish gins and mixers, served across eight different bars – each dedicated to a different area of Scotland. Plus there’ll be masterclasses from some of the country’s top producers and distillers, as well as live music, Scottish-inspired street food and your hosts, Guy and Mungo Finlayson. Who have awesome names.
