Time Out says

Celebrate 150 years of the London Underground at the London Transport Museum's depot in west London. Amidst their huge collection of over 400,000 objects, which includes historic road and rail vehicles, posters, engineering drawings and signs, you'll find the fully restored Metropolitan Railway Jubilee Carriage No 353, a first class carriage built in 1892 with retro slamming doors, plush red interior and gold-leaf detailing. Plus, especially for the little ’uns, there will be mini tram and railway rides, as well as storytelling, stop-animation and engineering workshops.

Workshops held from Oct 28-30 with advance booking only. Prices vary by workshop. Open weekend from Nov 1-3. Advance booking recommended. Visit www.ltmuseum.co.uk for details.
