VisitSweden Presents 'Red Cottage'

Sample the food and produce of three Swedish regions in a dramatic reconstruction of the traditional red and white cottages found all over the country. Over the course of three days, lunchtime pop-ups will offer culinary delights from Luleå in Swedish Lapland (Mon Oct 22), the coastal region of west Sweden (Tue Oct 23) and Skåne in the south (Wed Oct 24), including Kalix Löjrom caviar, fillet of reindeer, crayfish and mushroom soup, and roasted goose.
