We'd never thought to pair the two but it sounds like a top notch idea, especially when the beers are chosen by beer and homebrew shop We Brought Beer and the toast is created by PFGT – Pretty Fucking Good Toast. Guests at this event will be served four rounds of toast, each with a beer to match. And we're not talking a scraping of peanut butter on Warburton's Toastie here – the first course is Half-rye sourdough with rabbit confit, 100% Peru Pichanaki chocolate, Red Cow Parmesan shavings and micro herbs. Served with a strong, dark, smokey rauchbier. Your mouth won't know what's hit it.
