Back in 2013, Warner Bros. and New Line Cinema scored a horror hit with The Conjuring, a movie that vaulted alongside The Exorcist, The Sixth Sense and The Blair Witch Project as one of the highest-grossing supernatural films of all time. Now you can scare yourself shitless by getting immersed in the world of ’70s-era paranormal investigators Ed and Lorraine Warren. An immersive museum experience based on the pair’s infamous artefact room, home to the demonic Annabelle doll and hundreds of other possessed artefacts, will be opening in east London.Â
Opening ahead of the final chapter in the universe The Conjuring: Last Rites is released in cinemas on September 5, The Conjuring Occult Museum will take over the 10,000 sq ft White Rabbit Studios and feature over 50 props featured in the films – including Annabelle and The Nun. Walk around the haunted, horror rooms if you dare and watch special recorded content from stars of the film, Patrick Wilson and Vera Farmiga. If your nerves are strong enough to make it to the end, there’s a free tipple in it for you.Â
Tickets to the free of charge experience are available from EventBrite, but there’ll also be limited walk-ins each day.Â
