Year to Go: Cycle and Walk to the Olympic Park

A variety of walks and cycle rides, all with the aim of arriving at the View Tube, adjacent to the Olympic Park at 2pm to mark 'one year to go' until the London 2012 Olympic Games. The routes make use of the Olympic Greenways pedestrian and cycle paths. Participants can choose from: five-and-a-half-mile walk (starts Tower of London, 11am); two-and-a-half-mile walk (starts Mile End Park, 12.45pm); five-mile cycle (starts Tottenham Hale station, noon); 11-mile cycle (starts Thames Barrier Information Centre, 11am).
