THIS PRIZE DRAW IS ORGANISED BY…

WHAT'S THE PRIZE?

The prize is a Caribbean fly-cruise for two adults over the age of 18 sharing on GF grade balcony onboard P&O Cruises ship ‘Arvia’ sailing from Barbados on 7^th November 2025 for 14 nights (cruise number K523).

This prize is referred to as the Prize Package in these rules.

👉  There are a few additional conditions from the Prize Provider which apply to this Prize Draw and Prize Package:

• The prize is a Caribbean fly-cruise for two adults over the age of 18 sharing on GF grade balcony onboard P&O Cruises ship ‘Arvia’ sailing from Barbados on 7^th November 2025 for 14 nights (cruise number K523). (the “Prize Package”).
• The Prize includes economy class return flights to/from Barbados from a  nominated UK airport, accommodation as set out above, onboard main meals (excluding speciality restaurants for which an additional charge will apply), access to entertainment options and use of most facilities onboard.
• The booking of the Prize Package must be arranged by the winner with P&O Cruises directly using the instructions and within the timeframes stipulated by Time Out. Neither Time Out nor P&O Cruises is under any obligation to provide the Prize Package if a booking is not made in accordance with the terms of this Prize Draw.
• This Prize does not include transportation to or from the UK airport to the winner and/or their guest’s homes, travel insurance, drinks, spa treatments, shore excursions, luggage fees, personal expenses, or purchases made onboard. The winner and their guest are required to have adequate travel insurance as a condition of travel.
• The winner and their guest will be bound by P&O Cruises booking terms and conditions which can be viewed at https://www.pocruises.com/legal-and-privacy/booking-terms-and-conditions. Both persons traveling must have a full, valid passport (with a remaining validity of not less than 6 months on the date of travel) and must meet all relevant travel requirements, including obtaining any necessary vaccinations and visas required for the Prize Cruise.
• By entering this Prize Draw, you agree that, if you are selected as a winner, your personal data will be passed by the Promotor to P&O Cruises for the purpose of facilitating the delivery of the Prize Package. If you elect to receive marketing information from P&O Cruises your personal data will also be passed to the Prize Provider for that purpose. Any personal data passed to P&O Cruises by Time Out will be used in accordance with P&O Cruises privacy policy. Step 2: That’s it! Just make sure you submit the form before the End Date.

WHO CAN ENTER?

The Prize Draw is open to all UK residents over the age of 18, except employees of Time Out and the Prize Provider, its agents, contractors and their family members or anyone else professionally connected to the Prize Draw.  The winner must be aged 18 or over - you will not be eligible for the Prize Package if you are under 18. You can only enter once - multiple entries will not be accepted.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

After you submit your entry, you will be entered into a computer-generated ballot, from which a winner will be selected at random. The winner will be notified by Time Out by email within 5 days of the End Date. If you are a winner, you agree to participate in publicity which may include having your photograph taken for promotional and press purposes. 

OTHER RULES

1. Time Out reserves the right to exclude any entry from the Prize Draw at any time if it has a reason to believe that the entrant has breached any of the rules.
2. All entries must be submitted by the original writer of the entry.
3. All entries considered inappropriate or offensive by Time Out will be disqualified.
4. The winner will be notified by Time Out using the contact information submitted in the winner’s entry. The winner may be asked to provide identification. Any winner who is not contactable or who fails to return contact within 72 hours of notification will be disqualified, in which case the winner forfeits their right to the prize, no compensation will be given and a reserve entrant will be selected at random as an alternative winner.
5. The Prize Package will be provided by the Prize Provider and is subject to their terms and conditions indicated at the top of these rules.
6. The Prize Package is non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable.
7. In the event of unforeseen circumstances Time Out and the Prize Provider reserve the right to substitute the Prize Package for an alternative of equal or greater value.
8. Time Out accepts no responsibility if the Prize Provider refuses to issue the prize.
9. The names of the winner may be obtained by sending a written request with a stamped addressed envelope stating which Prize Draw you would like the winner’s details for, to Time Out England Limited, 1^st Floor, 172 Drury Lane, London WC2B 5QR or by email to competitions@timeout.com. The request must be submitted within 1 calendar month after the End Date. Any winners’ details shared by Time Out or the Prize Provider will be limited to first name and country only, in accordance with ASA guidelines on the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation.
10. By entering the Prize Draw, all entrants consent to the processing of their personal data by Time Out for the purposes of administration of this Prize Draw and in accordance with Time Out’s privacy policy: https://www.timeout.com/privacy-notice.
11. Copyright in all entries submitted for this Prize Draw remains with the respective entrants. However, entrants agree that by submitting an entry to the Prize Draw, they grant Time Out a royalty free, perpetual irrevocable worldwide licence to use and republish their entry. This includes sharing the entry through social media and publication by Time Out worldwide in any of their publications, their websites and/or in any promotional material.
12. Time Out accepts no liability for any loss or damage however caused, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss or damage or personal injury (with the exception of death or personal injury caused by Time Out’s own negligence) suffered or sustained in connection with the Prize Package.
13. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of Time Out and/or the Prize Provider and which prevents Time Out and/or the Prize Provider from complying with these rules, neither Time Out or the Prize Provider will be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing their obligations. Time Out reserves the right to modify, delay, postpone or cancel the Prize Draw in the event of circumstances outside of its reasonable control.
14. This Prize Draw and these rules are governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
15. The Prize Draw promoter is Time Out England Limited 1^st Floor, 172 Drury Lane, London WC2B 5QR and all references to Time Out means Time Out England Limited. Time Out has the right to license any rights granted to Time Out to its associated companies and licensees.
