This year, more than perhaps any other, a runaway favourite became apparent early on in ‘Strictly’. With her background in dance, it’s no surprise that Natalie Gumede has been the top performer across the series, with Abbey Clancy perhaps her only serious rival. None of which has affected the show much, as a chastened ‘X Factor’ retreats to lick its wounds after another year’s trouncing in the ratings.
Anything, however, can happen in the final as the viewers pick the winner from the three remaining couples. The results show begins at 8.40pm – and don’t forget the Christmas Day special at 5pm, which sees the likes of Rufus Hound, Sara Cox and Matt Goss strut whatever stuff they may have.
