Los Angeles officially has a new voice to wake up to each morning (and curse at while sitting in traffic). Her name is Sisanie.

In early October, popular radio personality Ellen K announced that she would leave 102.7 KIIS FM's "On Air with Ryan Seacrest" after 11 years of cohosting the show. Seacrest announced that Sisanie would replace Ellen K while onstage at Jingle Ball this Friday and her first day as the official cohost was today.

Before the promotion, Sisanie spent eight years hosting middays on KIIS, and also did a Top 40 show for San Diego. In addition to cohosting with Seacrest, she'll serve as music coordinator for KIIS. Sisanie is a California native, originally from Orange County, and it's no big surprise that she got the gig considering she has filled in for Ellen K since her departure.

Sisanie took to social media to express her excitement about her new job. "I went from an intern to my dream job!" she wrote, retweeting the show's official announcement. "It took many years and I wouldn't change any one of them! Love all of you!"

If you still want to hear Ellen K, all you have to do is shift the dial. She's currently hosting her own morning show called “The Ellen K Morning Show on KOST 103.5.” In the meantime, we can't wait to listen to the new host and see if she has what it takes to keep us awake during our morning commute.
