Shutters on the Beach 20th Birthday Celebration

The casually elegant oceanfront destination is celebrating 20 years of hospitality and fine dining on the beach. Some of the hotel's most renowned chefs—both past and current—are coming together for one night to prepare special dishes. The birthday dinner will be a culinary sampling of Shutters' history, with offerings like Heirloom Tomato & Watermelon Salad with Chilled Crab and Piperade Sorbet, presented by Beau MacMillan (of Food Network fame) and entrées like Braised Beef Short Ribs with Farmers' Market Vegetables and a Red Wine Reduction, presented by current Managing Chef Sven Mede. Meet on the Pool Deck for an elegant, cocktail-filled start to the night then migrate to the hotel's acclaimed One Pico for the impressive dinner, fittingly paired with 1993 offerings from Napa Valley's Far Niente wine label.
