Los Angeles just scored a new way to play, and this time it’s on the roof. (We really do love our skyline, huh?)

Skyline Pitch, a sprawling 25,000-square-foot open-air soccer complex, has officially opened atop The Americana at Brand’s parking structure in Glendale, transforming a slab of concrete into a sleek new playground. Dreamed up by Chicago-based experiential sports agency Elemento L2, Skyline Pitch is a pop-up with serious staying power.

Two 5v5 size rooftop soccer fields, a panna cage, a tennis court, training zones, interactive play stations and breezy lounge areas make it feel equal parts community hub and sports club. You can drop in for a pickup game, sign up for a youth camp or stick around for leagues, tournaments and rooftop watch parties when the World Cup arrives. And for those whose cardio starts and ends with walking to the bar, the lounge areas promise cocktails, unbeatable views and plenty of “did you see that?” moments.

“LA’s soccer community is incredibly vast and diverse,” Ivan Lopez, Skyline Pitch founder and managing director of Elemento L2, said in a statement. “We set out to create something truly unique—a space where the game meets the city skyline. Whether you’re a seasoned player or a passionate fan, Skyline Pitch is designed to celebrate LA’s local soccer culture in a bold, elevated way.”

Skyline Pitch isn’t just for athletes. The team behind it wants it to double as a social space, with plans for cultural events, local collaborations, and private rentals. Birthdays, corporate outings or just a late-night excuse to kick a ball under the stars—it’s all on the table.

“We jumped at the opportunity to partner with Skyline Pitch to reimagine our space and bring the thrill of rooftop soccer to LA fans,” said Corey Conrad, Senior Vice President of Leasing & Brand Partnerships at Caruso. “Skyline Pitch at The Americana at Brand raises the bar for what fans can continue to expect from Caruso, especially with the upcoming World Cup.”

Ultimately, Skyline Pitch isn’t about elite competition. It's about creating another chance to create community in LA, where even a rooftop can become a stadium.
