Shop for goodies from the studio’s acclaimed films at the Little Tokyo Flea Market.

Studio Ghibli fans take note: Little Tokyo Flea Market is hosting a themed market takeover next month and you might finally find that piece of film memorabilia you've been searching for.
The market pops up on Sunday, March 8, 2026, from 12pm to 5pm at the Little Tokyo Galleria (333 South Alameda Street). The first and second floors of the mall plus the outdoor area will transform into a mini universe of goodies inspired by the beloved Japanese animation house.
Vendors will be stocked with Studio Ghibli-themed goods, art and merch, alongside the usual treasure trove this market does so well: handmade pieces, Japanese trinkets, keychains, cookies, clothing, digital cameras, photo booths, charm bracelets, vintage bags and more. In other words, come for Totoro and Princess Mononoke, but stay for more unexpected finds.
Fans of classics like My Neighbor Totoro and Spirited Away can expect to see plenty of merch sporting their favorite characters. Other featured films include Kiki’s Delivery Service, Howl’s Moving Castle, Princess Mononoke and The Boy and the Heron, among others. Whether you’re into forest spirits, flying witches or mysterious bathhouses, you’ll likely find something that speaks to your inner fan.
The Little Tokyo Flea Market is known for themed events. The market recently hosted a Pucca Valentine’s Day event and earlier pop-ups dedicated to Tamagotchi and Snoopy. Each one brought out die-hard fans and curious shoppers alike, turning the Galleria into a buzzing, photo-ready hangout.
It's free to enter, so you can swing by for a quick browse or make an afternoon of it, grabbing snacks in Little Tokyo and soaking up the crowd. The market is still looking for vendors, so if you have Ghibli-inspired goods or creations, find more info here.
Future themed weekends are on the way, with DOMO and Pompompurin markets scheduled for the following consecutive Sundays, so get ready to shop til you drop for all things Japanese pop culture next month.
