ROW DTLA is hosting its first-ever sample sale later this month, and fashion lovers should be ready to clear their calendars.

On Friday, February 27, and Saturday, February 28, the design-forward complex at ROW DTLA will transform Market Row into an open-air shopping destination, featuring discounted pieces from a mix of established and emerging brands. Expect past-season collections and curated finds spanning fashion, accessories, furniture and eyewear, all marked down 25 to 50 percent.
The two-day event runs from 11am to 5pm and is free and open to the public. (There are also two hours of free on-site parking, which, in downtown Los Angeles, is practically its own incentive.)
Participating brands include cult-favorite denim label 3Sixteen, L.A.-based eyewear brand Garrett Leight California Optical, womenswear label Bel Kazan and sportswear-inspired line Wilson, alongside a wide-ranging roster of creative retailers and makers such as ARCADE, Souvenir of the Sunday, A+R, Tried and True Co., Friday Gallery, Things Between, OMAMImini, ARJ Los Angeles, Flask & Field, Coast by Coast and Yiayia and Friends.
It’s a fitting new step for ROW, the 32-acre Arts District-adjacent campus that has quietly become one of downtown’s most compelling retail and dining hubs. Housed in reimagined industrial buildings, the development blends independent boutiques, design showrooms and critically acclaimed restaurants into a walkable, community-minded district.
