Grab your spare quarters: As of today, Hollywood’s got a new arcade and pizza spot decked out in neon and throwback splendor. Game Over Pizza launches this afternoon right next to Adults Only, the colorful hidden bar tucked inside a fake X-rated video shop, and comes by way of its owners.

But partners Spencer Kushner and Freddy Braidy needed to bring some recipe know-how to their latest venture, so enter chef Elliott Armstrong—formerly of Paulie Gee’s Slice Shop in Brooklyn—to complement the all-out-’80s vibes at Game Over with a pie menu that’s got culinary muscle.

Game Over offers 20-inch whole pizzas, as well as slices of all varieties, and thicker, fluffier Sicilian-inspired square-slices, too. All condiments, toppings and sides are made in house, including “fancy ranch” dressing and pickled peppers.

Look for classics like cheese and pepperoni, plus creations like the Boomer (ok, made with mushrooms, chili flakes, ricotta and mozzarella), the Capo (sausage, pepperoni, tomato, parmesan and mozzarella) and the square-sliced Shredder (sausage, pepperoni, guanciale, basil, oregano and cooked tomato). They’ve even got a few vegan options: a margherita topped with dairy-free cheese, and a roasted-cauliflower option sporting romesco, butternut squash and vegan mozzarella.

Wash it all down with a handful of craft beers and some natural wine on tap and you’ve got a day at the arcade, all grown up.

Speaking of that arcade section, Game Over has a rotating cast of classic games from the ’80s and ’90s, with titles like NBA JamStreet Fighter II, The Simpsons and Ms. Pac-Man.

Take a peek at Game Over Pizza, below, then start strategizing your visit. After all, you’ll want to be first to get your high-score initials into these cabinets.
