Echo Park locals are already gravitating towards Bacetti, the artfully designed full-service counterpart to neighborhood wine bar Tilda that’s been five years in the making. Situated in the airy, church-like space next door, the menu features serviceable Roman-style pizzas, housemade pastas and traditional Italian desserts, as well as a long list of natural wines. In our eyes, the menu’s standout is the potato pizza; made with rosemary, chickpeas, mozzarella and parmesan, you can’t go wrong with crowd-pleasing carb-on-carb double cheese.
