To usher in a new wine dinner series, Viviane's first installment will be an ode to California featuring the wine of Ojai Vineyard. The six-course menu will be paired with owner and winemaker Adam Tolmach's top choice wines that capture the fruity flavors of coastal California. The intimate dinner will only be available for 30 guests and will feature family-style dishes created by executive chef Michael Hung. Enjoy baked marin cheese triple crème brie on grilled sourdough bread paired with a 2013 pinot noir bien nacido, Moroccan spiced lamb shoulder glazed in coastal honey and coriander salsa verde paired with a 2013 Syrah John Sebastiano and so much more. As if you needed more incentive, dessert will be a pineapple upside down cake with brandied cherries and vanilla crema, so make sure to call ahead and snag a seat!
