Time Out says

The second floor of E.P. & L.P. is now home to Bombo, a modern Mexican concept run by Samantha Quintero, previously of Night + Market Sahm and a recent winner on Food Network’s Chopped. Neutral tones and a checkered orange-and-white selfie mirror have given the once dark and sultry E.P. space a sleek, vaguely Tulum-like resort feel. Tasty starters like smoked guacamole and esquites draw upon recipes from Quintero’s Mexican American upbringing, though you’ll also find larger items like lamb al pastor and shareable taco plates. A new Bombo-specific cocktail list focuses on tequila and mezcal—though you’ll still find a handful of E.P. & L.P. signatures on the drink menu. Upstairs at L.P., the rooftop bar’s snack menu has also been transformed—you can now order tacos, guacamole and more as you take in breathtaking views of the hills.
