Countless arguments can be made about which coast concocts the best culinary dishes. Maybe we'll finally get a solid verdict in the long-standing battle between East and West Coast cooking as LA's Hinoki and the Bird hosts Cambridge, Massachusetts’s Harvest for a one-night only pop-up dinner. Although some sense of competition might be palpable, executive chefs Brandon Kida (Hinoki) and Tyler Kinnett (Harvest) will be marrying the best of both restaurants to create a five-course menu that'll make you feel proud of either side of the country.
