Peruvian Food Celebration at Los Balcones

Los Balcones will be serving a special menu for five days, highlighting the very best of the Hollywood spot's Peruvian cuisine. Owners Jorge Waiter and Eduardo Rodriguez, alongside guest chefs Ricardo Zarate and Danny Kou, have prepared a menu that includes braised boneless short ribs with a cilantro beer marinade, pan seared duck breast with a ceviche sauce and more that'll mentally transport you to the streets of Peru.
