Time Out says

For those who like the idea of roughing it while sipping champagne and not actually roughing it at all, there's a new weekend dinner series from two of the most luxurious names we can imagine. Starting Friday, August 28, Wolfgang Puck's Spago and the world-renowned champagne house Veuve Clicquot are teaming up for "Glamping on Canon," where Veuve's signature-marigold camper trailer will park in Beverly Hills and pour bottomless bubbly with a few bites to match.

Why suffer mosquitos when you could be noshing on camp-inspired snacks and sipping endless champagne? If this sounds like your idea of glamping (read: not at all glamping), you can book a table online for up to six people and put down $125 per person for bottomless classic Yellow Label, or splurge with $295 per person for bottomless Grand Dame. Food is not included in the cost, and the special glamping menu will only be available Saturdays.

The alfresco fun only runs two weekends, with multiple time slots available: On August 28, book between 5:30 and 11pm; On August 29 and 30, pick a time within either the 1 to 2:30pm slot or the 5:30 to 11pm window; then on September 4 it returns from 5:30 to 11pm; and the pop-up closes out on September 5 with seatings from 1 to 2:30pm and again between 5:30 and 11pm.

Whichever option you choose, you'll be drinking bottomless champagne for a full two and a half hours and snacking on special Spago items—no camping gear necessary.
