Suzanne Tracht will welcome friends Chris Bianco of Pizzeria Bianco and Chrysa Robertson of Scottsdale's iconic eatery Rancho Pinot for a special Tuesday evening dinner at Jar. For years, Tracht and Robertson worked together at Nancy Silverton and Mark Peel's now-closed Campanile (which now houses République). All three chefs will prepare a special dinner revisiting the now-closed iconic eatery's signature dishes. Bianco's famous foccacia from Phoenix's Pane Bianco will also be on the menu.
