Time Out says

Get ready for the ultimate fiesta—Downtown L.A.'s al fresco retail and dining destination, FIGat7th, is ringing in its second annual Cinco de Mayo celebration with more margaritas and tacos than you'll know what to do with (just kidding, you know exactly what to do with them). From noon to 9pm, treat yourself to $5+ margaritas and $4+ beers from Mexican restaurant favorite, Lotería Grill, hosting a pop-up bar in the outdoor courtyard. Of course, you can't throw back a cerveza without tacos, tortas and more, all available just inside TASTE Food Hall. And to accompany the good eats and drinks, enjoy the lively musical soundings of female mariachi trio La Victoria from noon to 3pm, along with spins from a string of live DJs from 3pm to 9pm. As if that's not enough to quench your thirst for a festive Cinco de Mayo bash, FIGat7th is hosting a DIY piñata-making station (yes, you read that correctly) from 5pm to 8pm thanks to local adult arts and crafts studio Makers Mess. Bonus? Admission is completely gratis.
