Crazy for caprihinas, mad for mojitos or desperate for daiquiris? A new two-day cocktail festival is coming to Manchester showcasing the skills of 20 restaurants and bars from across the city.
Hawksmoor, Mr Coopers House and Garden and Keko Moku are among the venues joining in with Cocktails in the City.
Taking place in the Great Northern Warehouse, home of the Friday Food Fight, the bars will be popping up to prove their cocktail making prowess – with each venue partnering with a different brand. Live cocktail demonstrations, secret bars and DJ sets will also feature at the event.
But it’s not just all about the booze – the team behind the Friday Food Fight will be curating a street food market featuring culinary delights from Red's True BBQ, Yakumama and Viet Shack.
The bars and brands appearing at the event include:
• Hawksmoor and Appleton Estate V/X Jamaica Rum
• Cane & Grain and Old Forester
• FUMO and Disaronno
• Cloud 23 and Tanqueray 10
• Mr Cooper’s House and Garden and Portobello Road Gin
